Load-Side Inertia Estimation Method Based on Comprehensive Statistics

چکیده
Abstract The development of modern power systems is accompanied by the problem inertia deficit, and there an urgent need to evaluate system level. Especially, accurate estimation load-side level extremely important. Based on comprehensive statistics, a method proposed. Starting from analysis base elements, expressions for under various operation modes are given based modeling basic load units; uniform correction formula considering hidden effect behind-the-meter supply estimation. simulation carried out IEEE9 bus standard system, results show that proposed does not exceed 5%.
